Senior Manager, Administration
Jennifer Capewell is the Senior Administrative Manager for CTC-RI providing administrative oversite for all CTC-RI operational functions, including marketing, contract development and processing, company communications, and audit compliance. Jennifer also provides staff with resources regarding CTC-RI policies and office procedures, and collaborates with Human Resources to optimize services and recruiting. Since 2017, she has supported CTC-RI's management team, Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Finance Committee, and is administrative liaison to the RI health plans. Jennifer coordinates contracting, newsletters, and annual reports. Previous positions include Financial Aid Officer at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Financial Administrator at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Sales Training Project Coordinator at Kurlan & Associates, and Business Transformation Solutions Project Coordinator at UMass Medical School Commonwealth Medicine. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, a certificate in Latin American Studies from University of Massachusetts / Amherst.
