About Me

Der Kue is a Project Manager at CTC-RI, contributing extensive experience in healthcare operations, project management, and quality improvement. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, bringing a structured, results-driven approach to her work.

Prior to joining CTC-RI, she served as the Clinical Support Manager at the Rhode Island Health Center Association, where she led initiatives to enhance primary care access, clinical quality, and workforce development for Rhode Island’s community health centers.

With a strong background in practice management, Der previously oversaw operations at Brown Surgical Associates and United Community and Family Services, focusing on process improvement, team development, and technology integration. She brings expertise in training facilitation, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to support primary care transformation efforts.

She is passionate about advancing patient-centered care and supporting primary care teams in delivering high-quality, equitable healthcare across Rhode Island.

The mission of CTC-RI is to support the continuing transformation of primary care in Rhode Island as the foundation of an ever-improving integrated, accessible, affordable, and equitable health care system.  CTC-RI brings together critical stakeholders to implement, evaluate and spread effective multi-payer models to deliver, pay for and sustain high-quality, comprehensive, accountable primary care.
