Medicaid Pediatric Primary Care Rate Supplement Program Application Deadline is Sept. 10

The Medicaid Pediatric Primary Care Rate Supplement program is live. This program will provide monthly payments to pediatric primary care providers based on the number of RI Medicaid-covered children served by the practice, and awarded upon demonstration of performance improvement on a standardized measure of primary care access. Through the Medicaid program, the Executive Office of Health and Human Services is proud to offer children a comprehensive Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment benefit, and wants to ensure their pediatric partners are able to overcome the ongoing challenges COVID-19 has presented to provide continued access to these critical and time-sensitive services. The application deadline is September 10.
