UPDATE: Although we feel the risk is very low, in consultation with the RI Department of Health and in an abundance of caution as we learn more about Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), Friday's scheduled Breakfast of Champions meeting from 7:30-9am will no longer occur in-person and will be conducted via ZOOM ONLY. We still look forward to this informative discussion and your participation.

Please register for our March 13  Quarterly Breakfast of Champions from 7:30-9:00AM. This is an important point in time for primary care in Rhode Island and for the CTC-RI and PCMH Kids program. Your involvement and input is significant.

Planned agenda and topics to include:

·        CTC/PCMH Kids review and discussion of the 2020 Clinician Well-Being Survey Results

·        Social Needs and Social Determinants of Health Panel Presentation and Discussion - panel discussion on experiences among AE/ACO/CPC plus practices in assessing and responding to social needs screening

**ALL Clinical Practice Champions and practice site clinical and administrative leaders are expected to attend.**Eventbrite registration for this event ends on 03/09/20. It is preferable that you attend in-person, but we’ve provided call-in information if necessary:
