Save the Date: CTC-RI Annual Conference on October 24

Practice team members and key stakeholders should save the date for the next CTC-RI Annual Conference "Advancing Integrated Primary Care: Innovations at Work" on October 24 at the Crowne Plaza. This conference is designed to assist attendees with identifying, developing and utilizing strategies to advance integrated primary care and improve patient and family outcomes. Speakers have been invited  from other states along with local "best practice" experts who will help inform Rhode Island and CTC-RI clinical teams about policy, payment mechanisms and clinical innovations that have improved population health and primary care. Sessions will also highlight how to better provide pediatric/family-based care particularly for individuals and families affected by opioid use disorders, strengthen team-based care, collaborate with specialists, and develop sustainable population health initiatives.
