PCMH-Kids: Postpartum Depression Screening Learning Collaborative Updates
On September 14, 2017, the seven PCMH-Kids practices that are participating in the Postpartum Maternal Depression Screening learning collaborative convened for their second quarterly meeting as part of the pediatric integrated behavioral health project.
The PCMH Kids practices reported out on their aim statements, work plans, second data point, and any issues they were facing with the project to date.
Margaret Howard, Ph.D, Founder of the Day Hospital at Women and Infants Hospital; Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior (Clinical) at Alpert Medical School of Brown University; Division Director at Women’s Behavioral Health, Women and Infants Hospital; and Associate Director for the Brown University/Women & Infants Hospital Women’s Mental Health Fellowship provided behavioral health subject matter expertise for the PCMH-Kids practices that are participating in the important behavioral health intervention.
Additionally, the new pediatric expansion practices were encouraged to join to hear helpful tools and resources that they might be able to utilize for their practices as well.
