Kristin David, Psy.D., Integrated Behavioral Health Practice Facilitator
Dr. Kristin A. David holds a Doctorate and a Master degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Brown Medical School. She is certified as a Practice Facilitator in Integrated Behavioral Health and holds a Primary Care Behavioral Health Certificate.
Current Role: As the Executive Director of the Foundation for Integrated Care in Warwick, RI, Dr. David leads strategic planning and operational management of an ambulatory Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) clinic, enhancing patient access and collaborating with medical professionals. Dr. David is a Practice Facilitator/Content Expert at the Care Transformation Collaborative of Rhode Island, supporting integrated care models and Best Practices in Team Based Care.
Teaching Experience: Dr. David has taught at Rhode Island College School of Social Work, Integrative Psychological Services, and Central Carolina Community College.
Publications and Presentations: Dr. David co-presented "A Successful Blueprint for Integrating Behavioral Health into Primary Care" at the 2018 PCMH Congress and co-authored a chapter in the Handbook of Sexuality-Related Measures.
