Please RSVP via the invite for the December CTC-RI Community Health Team Oversight Committee meeting. This meeting normally would have occurred at the end of November; however, due to the holidays, it has been rescheduled for directly after the CTC-RI Board of Directors combined meeting.
This meeting is for committee members only.
Charge: Responsible for overall governance of the community health team program.
