CTC-RI Board of Directors Approves 9 Practice Sites for Pediatric IBH Primary Care Program Funded by Rhode Island Foundation

The CTC-RI Board of Directors is pleased to announce that it has approved 9 pediatric primary care practice sites to participate in the Pediatric IBH primary care program. This IBH expansion, funded by Rhode Island Foundation, Tufts Health Plan and UnitedHealthcare, serves ~40,000 kids and an average Medicaid population of 52% with some sites as high as 80-90% Medicaid.

PCMH-Kids: Behavioral Health Learning Collaborative

PCMH Kids Stakeholder Meeting

CTC-RI hosted a quarterly meeting with PCMH Kids practices and key stakeholders on June 6th. Enhanced Quarterly Data Displays for CTC Quality Measures

In an effort to ensure CTC-RI Practices are on track to obtain sustainability payments with the Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner when eligible, CTC-RI now offers practices an "OHIC Targets" tab to view their quarterly clinical quality data against OHIC's thresholds. For Q1 and Q2 2019, practices can view measures data displays of both Adult Cohort 4 and 5; and PCMH Kids Cohort 2.
